We are looking forward to a School Counselor (MYP and IBCP)

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree relevant to the teaching area/ valid teaching registration certificate issued by a governmental, professional  teacher regulatory authority 
• Fresh graduates are welcomed 
• Demonstrate high-level teaching skills.
• Is an expert/ fast learner in the knowledge, skills, and ability to 
• Show a solid commitment to professional development, 
• Show commitment to professional development, teacher reflection, school principles, and operational policies

Responsibilities:

• Implement innovative inquiry-based curriculum programs
• Has a deep understanding of the continuum of learning
• Develop and manage school guidance programs 
• Work with students in individual, small group, and classroom settings
• Assist students with creating an academic plan for their education
• Help students plan for college and a successful career after graduation
• Work with students to develop critical life skills such as organization and time management
• Help students work through difficult situations, such as a divorce or death in the family
• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to ensure counseling programs meet school goals
• Monitor and record student progress to ensure counseling programs are effective
