Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree relevant to the teaching area/ valid teaching registration certificate issued by a governmental, professional teacher regulatory authority
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Demonstrate high-level teaching skills.
- Is an expert/ fast learner in the knowledge, skills, and ability to
- Show a solid commitment to professional development,
- Show commitment to professional development, teacher reflection, school principles, and operational policies
Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative inquiry-based curriculum programs
- Has a deep understanding of the continuum of learning
- Develop and manage school guidance programs
- Work with students in individual, small group, and classroom settings
- Assist students with creating an academic plan for their education
- Help students plan for college and a successful career after graduation
- Work with students to develop critical life skills such as organization and time management
- Help students work through difficult situations, such as a divorce or death in the family
- Collaborate with other educators and administrators to ensure counseling programs meet school goals
- Monitor and record student progress to ensure counseling programs are effective
